Writer/Sales Person

Okay, so here's what I've been up to. Apparently writers need to be sales people too. Part of the publication process is making a sales package for publishing houses, and more writing is involved. The synopsis I'm writing has been a true struggle for me, just like the query, but it's something that must be done. Hopefully the package will help my agent sell my book- everything rests on approx. 10 pages. No pressure, right?

It's finally Happening, I'm stunned!!!!

I can't be held responsible for the quality of my writing now- I'm too excited! An agency- my favorite, representing two pulitzer prize winners has agreed to take me!!!!! I don't know what to say- I'm speechless. I'm going to keep it quiet though, I want to be published first. I think I'm most worried about telling family and it not happening- there are too many delusional people out there, and talk is cheap. My talk won't be though, because I'LL BE PUBLISHED!!!!!!
